Alessandro Alunni Bravi is an Italian lawyer, manager, and the Team Principal of the Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber in the 2024 Formula 1 World Championship.

Alessandro Alunni Bravi was born on November 23, 1974, in Umbertide, Italy, and grew up in Passignano sul Trasimeno. Bravi graduated with honors, a Ph.D. in Civil Law, from Università degli Studi di Perugia.
Following two years, he collaborated as Assistant Lecturer at the Law department. Following that, Bravi began working as a legal counsel for various clients ranging from Motorsports teams, drivers, sports events companies, and athletes.
In the years 2002 and 2003, Alessandro Alunni Bravi joined the Formula 3000 as Managing Director for the Coloni Motorsport team. Coloni Motorsport managed to finish the 2002 season in second place, including four race wins with drivers Giorgio Pantano and Enrico Toccacelo.
After spending the following two seasons as a General Manager on WRC Rally Italia Sardinia, Bravi became a Team Principal and Managing Director of Trident Racing - the team that debuted in the 2006 GP2 Series.
Later, Bravi also took the role of General Counsel for ART Grand Prix, Spark Racing Technology, and Birel ART. He also founded his own company in 2016 called Trusted Talent Management. Amongst others, his clients include Robert Kubica and Formula E World Champion Stoffel Vandoorne.
In 2017, Alessandro Alunni Bravi joined the Sauber Group in the position of a Board Member and as a General Counsel. In March 2022, he took on the role of Managing Director. Before the start of the 2023 season, Bravi was appointed to the position of Team Representative of the Alfa Romeo F1 Team.
Following the departure of Frederic Vasseur to Scuderia Ferrari for the 2023 season, Alfa Romeo Sauber signed ex-McLaren team principal Andreas Seidl into the position of CEO. In the position of Team’s Representative, Bravi acts as a Team Principal during race weekends in a team which was rebranded to Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber in 2024.
