Lawrence Sheldon Strulović was born on July 11, 1959, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada - home to the Canadian Grand Prix hosted at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. Previously married to Claire-Anne Stroll, they have two children together: Formula One driver Lance Stroll and a daughter Chloe Stroll. Stroll is currently married to Raquel Stroll.
Stroll’s father, Leo Strulovitch, was a fashion importer who brought Ralph Lauren clothing as well as Pierre Cardin's fashionwear to Canada. Lawrence Stroll later took Ralph Lauren to Europe.
Stroll continued his ventures by partnering with Chinese investor Silas Chou. The pair together invested in clothing designers Tommy Hilfiger and Michael Kors and significantly contributed to the success of the two famous brands. In 2014, Stroll sold his stake in these businesses.

Lawrence Stroll is dedicated to making Aston Martin a title-contending team, as in 2023, the partnership between the Aston Martin F1 team and Honda was announced for the supply of engines in the 2026 season.
