Christian Horner stated Red Bull's 2023 season will go down as one of the most dominant seasons in Formula One ever.
The Red Bull Racing team has been flawless throughout the whole 2023 seasons. The team has not allowed their rivals to win a single race but the Singapore Grand Prix.
The race in Singapore has been the only time throughout the whole season that Red Bull failed to adjust their car setup to the track and didn't win the race as a consequence.
All the remaining 21 races of the season have been dominated by the team from Milton Keynes. Red Bull's team principal Christian Horner told the media:
"The standard that we've been able to hit, to win 21 out of 22 races, to have led with Max over 1,000 laps out of 1,300, to broken so many records."
One of the two Red Bull drivers, Max Verstappen, has been clearly dominant in 2023. He led his team to 19 out of its 21 victories and broke numerous incredible records, some even 70 years old!
"Max has hit yet another level. But I think the way that the team has operated across 22 different circuits, operationally, reliability wise, performance wise, everybody's done their part."
Verstappen was able to finish every single race of the season thanks to perfect car reliability. Red Bull never had a problem with its race strategies and also won the DHL pit stop Award for the fastest pit stops.
The fastest car played a role in Red Bull's success. But the team principal suggested it has been the whole team that has been flawless throughout the 2023 season, which will go down as the most dominant in history.
"All the men and women behind the scenes, back in Milton Keynes, all the operational staff, everybody has done their bit and contributed to what we've seen in what will surely go down as one of the or certainly currently the most dominant season's ever seen in Formula 1."
