Red Bull Racing Formula 1 team finally launched its all-new 2024 title challenger RB20.
It is strategically beneficial for the best teams on the grid to reveal their cars as late as possible. Hence, the last five teams to launch their cars were the top five teams from the most recent season.
Red Bull let its fans wait for the longest and is the last team to reveal its 2024 challenger officially. However, unlike many other teams, it tested its car on track before the real launch.
The majority followed the order: launch first, and then the shakedown. In fact, all of the top five teams except for Red Bull did it in this order. However, the team from Milton Keynes had different plans.
Red Bull held a secret shakedown and filming day at Silverstone on February 13th, two days before the team officially revealed the car. Consequently, we got to see low-quality glimpses of RB20 before it was revealed to us today.
Red Bull's event was still one of the most anticipated as the Austrian team is the most likely to have the fastest car at the beginning of the season.
F1 fans couldn't wait to see whether the team would bring some significant visible changes compared to the 2023 challenger - RB19 (the most dominant car in the history of the sport).
While the most critical comparison will be on the track during the qualifying session and the first race of the season in Bahrain, we at least got to finally see the car in all its glory today, on the 15th of February.

While some teams like Sauber and Mercedes have surprised with their new and unique liveries, Red Bull was not really expected to apply major changes. Can you spot some livery differences between RB19 and RB20?
The Austrian team likes to do the talking with their performances on the track, as we have seen throughout the two most recent seasons. Will they win their third consecutive Constructors' Championship in 2024?
