Ferrari already beat Red Bull in Australia this year, and Carlos Sainz named three circuits where he believes Scuderia could repeat this success.

Ferrari's win in Australia was disputed by many fans who said the only reason for their victory was Max Verstappen's DNF.

The truth was that the Italian team was very close to Red Bull throughout that weekend, and we can't know what would have happened. Although Sergio Perez said Sainz would "absolutely" win either way.

The weekend in Melbourne gave hope to many fans, but the Italian team tried to temper expectations, repeatedly stating that the track just suited their car very well.

The question is, are there any other tracks where the team from Maranello could challenge Red Bull? Carlos Sainz believes there are, as he told the media:

"I think we will still fight for wins in other tracks. We will maybe go to the Monzas or the Singapores, and Miami maybe, we're still in the mix."

Monza and Singapore are both tracks where Ferrari also looked very strong during the 2023 season. While the Miami Grand Prix is around the corner (5th of May), we will have to wait until August and September for the Italian and Singapore Grand Prix.

The most recent race at Suzuka Circuit proved that Ferrari just won't be able to match Red Bull at tracks that suit the Austrian team.

However, Ferrari fans also have another hope: Scuderia plans to introduce a major upgrade package right after the Miami Grand Prix at Imola- Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.

Both Charles Leclerc and Sainz said they hope to challenge Red Bull on a more regular basis after introducing this upgrade. The 29-year-old added:

"There are other tracks where the Red Bull just simply has a much better package. Until we develop this car at these kind of tracks, they will be three-tenths to half a second ahead."
"So it's time to put our heads down and try to bring a good package to help at these sorts of tracks."
