Sauber, formerly known as the Alfa Romeo team during the 2023 season, announced its new name would be the Stake F1 team.
Sauber's collaboration with Alfa Romeo ended at the end of the 2023 season, and there are still two years remaining until 2026 when the team will be rebranded to Audi.
It was speculated the new name of the Sauber team would be Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber. However, the team dismissed the speculations on its social media.
Sauber's social media admins teased their fans for quite a while with the upcoming announcement of the Swiss team's new official name, and it finally came on the 1st of January 2024.
Now we know that Sauber will have a shorter name than originally expected - Stake F1 Team. So from now on, we might hear about "Stake" drivers Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu during F1 races.

Sauber will be known as 'Stake F1 Team' for the 2024 and 2025 #F1 seasons. Stake F1 Team will "mark the beginning of a brand new, dynamic and exciting era – one that breaks away from conventional concepts of sports and entertainment sponsorship." @alfaromeostake @Stake

Stake is a betting sports entertainment company that joined Sauber/Alfa Romeo as a partner for the 2023 season. The company took the opportunity, and from 2024, it will replace Alfa Romeo and take over exclusive naming rights.
Stake is also linked to Canadian rapper Drake, which the F1 team made evident on its website. The team also teased to change its online presence's visuals to align with its new brand identity in 34 days.
The team representative - Alessandro Alunni Bravi, stated the collaboration of Sauber and Stake has been hugely beneficial for both sides, and the team is looking forward to entering its new era with a new identity.
"Stake not only successfully tapped into Formula One’s growing fan base to enhance its own community; but also introduced a completely new audience to the sport, something that benefitted not only our team but also everyone else in F1."
"2024 will be a new page and the chance to do more, better, and reach even farther: we are looking forward to an even more exciting calendar of events in this new season."
