A potential new identity rebrand logo and AlphaTauri's name have been leaked before the team's announcement.
AlphaTauri CEO Peter Bayer recently said the team's new identity has already been decided and that the team would move closer to the Red Bull family.
The speculations have been up in the air ever since Bayer's announcement. Different sources suggested brands like Adidas or Hugo Boss were interested in becoming potential name partners.
In the most recent interview, Peter Bayer revealed that the company's shareholders recently approved the name. As quoted by RacingNews365, he said:
"We've made amazing progress on the commercial side. We have a new name for the team, a new identity for the team has been developed. In fact, we had the final approval of the shareholders last week."
The name and the logo were supposed to be announced ahead of the season 2024. However, @decalspotters say that RedBull GmbH (the company behind AlphaTauri) trademarked a new logo and phrase "Racing Bulls."

Bayer also mentioned in a recent interview that the AlphaTauri F1 team wanted to create its own identity and not just be named by the sponsor, which pretty much supports the leaked name.
"Fans need to understand who you are and which team you belong to. And we didn't think it's ideal that the team is named after a sponsor. There should be an identity like we had with Toro Rosso."
Fighting on a commercial side against huge motorsport legacy brands like Ferrari or Mercedes was tough for the team named by its main sponsor. The CEO explained:
"We're fighting on the commercial side. We're fighting against brands like Ferrari, Mercedes and Aston Martin. We need a good identity and all of that together really gave us food for thought and allowed us into to start the process."
While the team plans to have its own name, Bayer says that sponsors can add themselves to the name. This already works in F1 with other teams like Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant F1 Team, or Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team.
"So we want to have an identity, and then the naming rights type of sponsors can add themselves, like you see up and down the paddock."
