Red Bull's motorsport advisor Helmut Marko asserted his team isn't worried about the competition in the Championship after the 2024 Canadian Grand Prix weekend.
The ninth round of the 2024 season at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve was won by Max Verstappen, perhaps against the odds.
Although he definitely had a competitive car, there were two other drivers who missed out on the opportunity to win- Lando Norris and George Russell.
Coming out of the race in Canada, the Dutchman's lead in the Drivers' Champions increased to 56 points, and Red Bull's lead in the Constructors' Championship increased to 49 points.
What helped the team from Milton Keynes was that their nearest rival, Ferrari, scored zero points with a double DNF. There are still 15 Grand Prix weekends left in the season, so there is lots of time for Scuderia to catch up, at least in the Constructors' Championship.
However, the upcoming tracks should suit Red Bull much more than the last three or four, where Mercedes, McLaren, and Ferrari got closer. Helmut Marko wrote in his column for Speedweek.com:

"I believe we are on the right track to make progress soon in terms of front suspension. The three upcoming races in Spain, Austria, and England will give us a more accurate picture of the current status of the various racing cars."

"These are classic tracks, while we have some atypical circuits behind us - Miami, Imola, Monaco, Montreal."

The upcoming race in Spain will perhaps be the most critical in determining the real situation in the pecking order. Red Bull expects to be stronger, but it is still not clear how other teams will perform.
Red Bull's motorsport advisor also revealed that his team has some "promising" upgrades in the pipeline, which makes him less worried about competitors.

"The competition has made up ground, no question about it, but we are not worried. There are further improvements to the car, which are promising based on the data."
